Daniel Gradus, our Founder, believes that the well-being of the client comes first and foremost. With a rich history of opening, managing, and selling two restaurants and a bar, Daniel started this business in 2008. His focus remains on business development, marketing, and business strategy.

Eli a management professional and army vet, brings a wealth of experience from the financial industry. Since moving to the United States with his family in 2011, he has been instrumental in emergency operations, leveraging his military training and business acumen to complete numerous projects successfully.

Ever since moving to the United States with his family in 2011, he has been involved with emergency operations and leaning on his work ethic, military training, and business acumen has performed many successful reconstruction projects.

John who has been with us since 2015, oversees all aspects of the business, from development to day-to-day operations. With a background in Operational Management and a strong leadership record as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army, John has been deployed overseas multiple times, supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. His focus on client relationships and conflict resolution continues to drive our success.
