When Hurricane Sandy hit NYC in 2012, Restoration Operators was one of the first teams to assist residents in need serving over 800 homes across the city. We are a team of seasoned professionals who know how to work under pressure, in extreme conditions and get you the results you need.

After more than 13 years of answering to franchisers at 911 Restoration, our experienced Restoration Operators team of seasoned army veterans and business professionals decided we wanted to focus on our region, which we know well and love. We embarked on a new and exciting, independent path as Restoration Operators.

Daniel Gradus, the Founder, believes that the well-being of the client comes first and foremost.

Opened, managed, and sold 2 restaurants and a bar. Started the business in 2008.

His focus is Business development, marketing, and business strategy.

Eli is a management professional and an army vet with a background in investment in the financial industry. He is experienced in a wide array of business and professional challenges including logistics, finance, and operations.

Ever since moving to the United States with his family in 2011, he has been involved with emergency operations and leaning on his work ethic, military training, and business acumen has performed many successful reconstruction projects.

John has been managing all aspects of the business since 2015 and focuses on business development, client relationships, and day-to-day operations. He has a strong Operational Management Background, strong leadership skills, great interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution abilities.

He started working at Restoration Operators for almost a decade as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. While in the military, John deployed overseas multiple times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
